I talked to another activist who had mentioned Al-Jazeera coverage of the protests in Cairo, and apparently it was on the web page. So internationals from 40 countries are dragged through the streets of Cairo, and virtually nil coverage. From Dad:

Few minutes ago, Press tv covered the activists march in Gaza interviewing several foreign activists who highlighted the unfair govt procedures of allowing just a few of the 1400 hundred activists who assembled in Cairo from all over. One said I am proud to be marching with Gazans. adding "I feel very safe in Gaza I don't feel that safe in Cairo, but in Gaza I feel safe" I got it on the video.
